What are your customer service hours?

Our customer service centre is available Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Our automated phone banking and mobile app are available 24/7.

For card blocking or fraud reporting, call our 24/7 emergency hotline at +256 41 234 5678. You can also block your card instantly through our mobile app.

Walk-ins are welcome for most services. However, for loan consultations, investment advisory, and account opening, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure a specialist is available.

Email inquiries are responded to within 24 business hours. Social media messages are typically answered within 2 hours during business hours.
